Eddie cunningly incorporated the initial squats test plus each of the six week workouts into a very cool PocketMod; a tiny booklet that is printed on a single sheet of paper.

To download the Two Hundred Squats PocketMod, "right click" either of the following link and select "Save Link As" (Firefox) or "Save Target As" (Internet Explorer & Opera).

Once you've printed the file, visit the PocketMod web site for specific folding instructions - you'll be amazed at the end result!
