You've read through the program and studied each week carefully. You may just be thinking of taking the challenge or you may already be on the road to a fitter, stronger and healthier you. You may also have pondered the origins of the two hundred squats plan. If so, this page is for you.
Back in June 2008 I launched the hundred push ups web site; a progressive six week strength training plan that was, and still is, a massive success. The hugely popular plan appealed to people from all over the world and in 2009 is still attracting new challengers on a daily basis.
Over the months, one of the most popular requests received has been to design a similar program to develop and strengthen the leg muscles. The good news; based on a tremendous amount of feedback and after many hours of physical experimentation, the two hundred squats program is ready to launch.
Following a similar format to the hundred push ups program, I believe two hundred squats to be a great complement to, and just as effective as the original six week strength training plan.
